After Teaching a True Dragon to Court

On the Emerald Sky-Isles, young researcher Isla comes face to face with Opal, a dragon far more dangerous than she imagined. For her thesis, she studies his courtship customs, never realizing he is a Nidhogg who traps mates. Opal captures her, destroys her ship, implants a dragon pearl, and binds her in his lair. Then a dream returns a childhood promise she once made to him. As memory and feeling awaken, Isla falls for Opal and bears his egg. But when Opal frees her, her professor seizes him instead. Believing Isla has betrayed him, Opal is left heartbroken, and Isla must prove her love is real.
