After I “Died”, He Lost Everything

On Christmas Eve, David leaves Vivian and their daughter Lily stranded on a freezing highway, choosing his lover’s daughter instead. As Lily’s life hangs by a thread, he and his sister keep their distance, and the delay leaves Lily with brain damage. David never realizes Vivian is actually a wealthy heiress. To get even, she stages their deaths and turns his world upside down until he is forced to beg for forgiveness. In the end, Vivian returns to lead her family business, raises Lily on her own, and cuts David out of their lives for good.
